What you get:
INITIAL TERM GREATER THAN 12 MONTHS - Earn a 10% commission on months 1-12, and 2% on months 13-36
INITIAL TERM UP TO 12 MONTHS (INCLUDING MONTH-TO-MONTH) - Earn a 10% commission on months 1-12
EXPANSIONS - Earn 10% on growth within the space
OWNERSHIP - When your client grows out of VK SUITES and is ready for bigger space, we hand them back to you
